Equation Recruitment, a REC Audit accredited agency since 2011, is expanding into Finance & Accounting recruitment, and we need a talented Recruitment Consultant /Researcher to help drive our success. Why You? 1. You thrive on finding and placing top talent through job boards and LinkedIn. 2. You excel at screening, interviewing, and managing offers like a pro. 3. You have the sales acumen to develop new business via email marketing and cold calling. 4. You're confident on the phone, self-motivated, and highly organised. 5. You want to be part of an agency that values fairness, compliance, and success. What's in It for You? Flexible, remote or hybrid role (work from home or our Bicester office). Part-time hours (20-27.5 per week) between 9 AM 6 PM, with a mix of mornings and afternoons. Annual salary: £23,920 – £27,040 (pro-rata) + Bonus Work UK business hours, collaborating with a global team across different time zones.
