They are now looking for a Business Canvasser with proven lettings experience to support their growth by engaging with landlords and property owners.
The Role of the Business Canvasser – Property Telesales
- Contact prospective landlords and property owners using the internal CRM and additional lead sources.
- Build relationships and present the company\’s lettings and property management services.
- Secure new instructions and grow the managed property portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of activity and progress within the CRM.
- Work closely with the lettings team to ensure smooth onboarding of new business.
The Person
- Experience within the lettings industry is essential, ideally with knowledge of the London market.
- Confident, articulate and professional telephone manner.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with a consultative approach.
- Results‑driven, motivated, and able to work independently.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a pipeline of opportunities.
The Package for the Business Canvasser – Property Telesales
- Basic salary of up to ÂŁ28,000.
- Uncapped commission structure with strong OTE potential.
