Equation Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and growing financial services provider for a brand-new IT Support Analyst position based in Milton Keynes. The Opportunity

  • Managing and resolving IT support tickets for a team of 65 users
  • Troubleshooting issues within bespoke internal systems used by brokers
  • Supporting small-scale projects and IT process improvements
  • Liaising with an outsourced IT provider to ensure seamless resolution of complex queries
  • Driving efficiency and proactively escalating aged tickets

Location & Working Hours

  • Hybrid working: Mondays and Thursdays from the Milton Keynes office; the rest remote
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

About You

  • Have experience in a service desk, IT support or helpdesk role
  • Are confident troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Stay organised and calm under pressure
  • Are a strong communicator who can manage multiple mini-projects and tech queries

You might also have:

  • Worked with outsourced IT providers
  • Experience in financial services or similar regulated sectors
  • IT qualifications (CompTIA, ITIL, etc.)
