The Role of the Quantity Surveyor: You’ll take commercial responsibility across multiple projects, working closely with operational teams from pre-construction through to final account. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project costs and valuations
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Preparing CVRs and commercial reporting
- Handling variations and final accounts
- Working under JCT forms of contract
- Supporting successful project delivery on time and within budget
