Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer seeking an experienced and motivated Chartered Civil Engineer to join their growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position based from Chorley, Lancaster, London, or Shrewsbury.
As a key member of the civil engineering team, you will lead and contribute to projects involving detailed design of drainage and highway systems. You will also mentor junior staff, prepare specifications and reports, and work closely with Directors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will be a Chartered Engineer (CIWEM, ICE or CIHT) with at least three years' experience in highways and drainage design. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Causeway Flow (or similar software), knowledge of Section 38, 104 and 278 standards, and experience working to CIRIA, BRE and BS EN752 guidelines are essential. SC Clearance is required.
