Equation Recruitment, a REC Audit accredited agency since 2011, is expanding into Finance & Accounting recruitment, and we need a talented Recruitment Consultant / Researcher to help drive our success.

- Flexible, remote or hybrid role (work from home or our Bicester office).
- Part-time hours (20-27.5 per week) between 9 AM - 6 PM, with a mix of mornings and afternoons.

- Tech-savvy comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and video platforms like Teams/Zoom.
- Ambitious & growth-focused interested in building a long-term career in recruitment.
