Equans is recruiting a Compliance & Planning Coordinator for our Wakefield site to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities within a healthcare facility. The role involves managing both internal and subcontractor resources and maintaining the Maximo CAFM system to ensure tasks are completed on time.

You will monitor performance, ensure contractual compliance, and prepare audit-ready maintenance records while supporting the Planning & Coordination Team Leader and ensuring health and safety.
