EQUANS is looking for a Technical Administrator to join our facilities team based at our Equinox North office in Bradley Stoke, BS32 4QL. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Technical Administration support to our Bristol/Oxford Local Investment Finance Trust (LIFT) contract providing key administration management for one hospital and 8 health centres
  • PPM reporting and collation of data stream
  • Raising of pay notices and invoices
  • Contractor and stakeholder management, document control, project reports, commercial and financial data monitoring, procurement and purchasing
  • Monitoring performance of sub-contractors

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Preferably Maximo trained, however job specific training can be provided
  • Preferably experience of using SAP & Coupa finance and purchasing systems
