EQUANS is looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator (Minor Works) to join our team based in Stoke-on-Trent on an initial 4 month fixed-term contract. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Reporting to the Minor Works Manager, the Facilities Co-ordinator (Minor Works) will be responsible for the end to end process of coordinating, scoping, delivery and handover of small scale project works as per client specification. The role will be responsible for co-ordinating contractors and internal resource to ensure delivery of additional works on time and within budget. This will include:

  • Creating job plans for schedules of minor Additional Project works
  • Tracking progress and reporting on targets both internally and to the client
  • Managing the SHEQ, Financial and Compliance elements of the Projects
  • Updating relevant CAFM Records and Asset Data once project works hand over

What will you deliver?

  • Price and control small works projects
  • Manage ad hoc client requests for roll out of Minor Project Works generally up to the value of circa £50k
  • Consolidation of billable remedial works by geography, skill set requirement
  • Monitor minor works progress, updating the plan daily, and reporting internally and to the client as and when required
  • Liaise with sub-contractors on the delivery of packages of works
  • Ensure the CAFM system is updated accurately and in a timely manner
  • Upload all relevant paperwork related to works carried out, ensuring the right hierarchy is used
  • Liaise with product suppliers on lead times and availability, informing the Regional teams of any delays
  • Complete the financial closure of the Projects to ensure timely billing completion
