Equans is seeking a Part-time Cleaning Supervisor for the Southampton Combined Court, working 30 hours per week on a permanent basis. Salary: £20,904.00 per annum plus benefits.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 10.30 – 17.00
Responsibilities:
- Lead the cleaning teams at the HMCTS site.
- Manage standards to meet contractual obligations and support self-auditing.
- Support stock management and ordering.
- Deliver toolbox talks.
- Motivate the cleaning team to maximise their potential.
- Perform cleaning duties.
- Arrange cover for sickness and annual leave.
Leading & Influencing:
- Create a positive working environment that encourages development.
- Lead by example and act as a hands-on train-the-trainer to maintain cleaning methodologies.
- Exemplify company values and behaviours.
- Recognise and act on both good and poor performance.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience.
- BICS trained preferred (not mandatory but beneficial).
- Experience in a leading role.
- Excellent understanding of cleaning processes, materials and equipment.
- Must undergo BPSS level vetting and DBS clearance; ability to pass is essential.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
