Equans is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Slough on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting residents and clients across social housing and regeneration projects, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the delivery of improvement and maintenance works. As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll act as the main point of contact between residents, our site team, and project managers helping to minimise disruption, manage expectations, and maintain strong relationships within the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, keeping them informed of planned works, schedules, and progress.
  • Work closely with site managers and supervisors to ensure residents' needs are understood and met.
  • Arrange access appointments, distribute notices, and assist in resolving any issues or complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Attend and support resident meetings, open days, and community engagement events.
  • Keep accurate records of resident interactions, access arrangements, and any special requirements.
  • Ensure residents' homes are treated with care and respect during all works.

Who You Are

  • Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer, Customer Service, or Housing Support role (ideally within social housing, regeneration, or construction environments).

  • Empathetic and patient, with a professional and approachable manner.
