About the role
Equans is looking for a Shift Mechanical Craftsperson to join our team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Deliver mechanical engineering maintenance services in line with contractual obligations, best practice and HTM standards.
- Plan, schedule and execute preventive, testing and reactive maintenance activities on the estate, ensuring records are maintained.
- Manage individually assigned work to ensure site performance using CAFM systems and other digital tools.
- Achieve and maintain AP/CP appointments requested by the estates management team to support the contract.
- Maintain AHU, FCU, boilers, calorifiers and plantroom equipment.
