EQUANS is looking for a BIM Manager to join our team in Manchester or London on a permanent basis. This is a fulltime role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Digital Engineering and Innovation (BIM) Manager leads BIM and digital engineering delivery across EQUANS Places and Communities projects. The role ensures compliance with ISO 19650, promotes digital innovation, and integrates BIM workflows across all RIBA stages. Deliverables will be tailored to project requirements - whether for construction, client asset information, or facilities management handover.
What will you deliver?
- Digital Design and Model Coordination
- Produce and develop discipline-specific BIM models and coordinated design deliverables from RIBA Stage 2 to 5.
- Ensure design intent is accurately represented in BIM models and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Employer’s Information Requirements (EIRs), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Asset Information requirements (AIR), and ISO 19650.
- Manage model clash detection, geometric and data validation, and structured information outputs.
- Facilitate coordination workshops and support early-stage contractor engagement on digital delivery.
