Equans is looking for a Team Leader to join our team in Reading on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Schedule PPM and reactive works in a timely manner ensuring contractual KPI's are met.
- Logging and assigning jobs on CAFM systems and other customer based systems as required ensuring all systems are continuously updated.
- Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting information when requested.
- Issue purchase orders when required.
- Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resource.
- Liaise with courier companies when required to arrange sample collections.
- Work with the management team to discuss and implement appropriate courses of action to effectively manage workloads across the wider team.

Who are you?
- Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Coupa & Planon) essential.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook.
- Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image.
- Experience of purchasing and managing supplier delivery.
- Technical knowledge within the M&E industry desirable.
- Health and safety awareness.
