Equans is looking for a Contracts Administrator - Technical Scheduler to join our team based in Reading on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £27,000 - £28,600 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Schedule PPM and reactive works in a timely manner ensuring contractual KPI’s are met.
- Logging and assigning jobs on CAFM systems Planon, E-logs and other customer based systems if necessary ensuring all systems are continuously updated.
- Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting information when requested.
- Issue purchase orders when required.
- Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resource.
- Liaise with water laboratories when required to arrange sample collections.

Who are you?
- Facilities Management experience.
- Prior experience of CAFM systems (SAP, Coupa & Planon) desirable.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a focused manner with the ability to prioritise workload and requests.
- Keen awareness of customer focus and brand image.
- Being able to work under pressure and managing conflicting requirements.
