EQUANS is recruiting for a Premises Assistant to join the team in Highbury Grove School, Islington, London N5 2EQ. This is a permanent full‑time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £30,810.00 per annum and benefits package.

Shift Times

  • Monday to Friday 6.30‑14.30 – 30 minutes break
  • Monday to Friday 8.30‑16.30 – 30 minutes break
  • Monday to Friday 10.30‑18.30 – 30 minutes break

Responsibilities

  • Manage site access and safety
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct regular equipment and safety checks
  • Maintain records
  • Liaise with contractors
  • Support customer service
  • Provide cover for the Premises Manager when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in a customer‑facing role is desirable
  • Good reading and writing skills
  • Basic computer literacy or willingness to train as required
  • Knowledge of health and safety
