Equans is seeking a Head of Environment and Soft Facilities Management to lead Soft FM and Environmental services at Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth. The role requires strategic oversight of 12 Soft Service lines and 2 Environmental streams, with a £40 million budget and large multi-disciplinary teams.
The postholder will ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ISO standards and contractual obligations, while driving continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement across the client.
