Equans is looking for a Plasterer/ Labourer to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working within Social Housing. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package
What will you deliver?
- To complete high quality planned works and deliver high levels of customer service on a daily basis
- Complete Plastering and multi skilled works in order to complete the job in one visit
- To adhere to all Equans values, policies and procedures
- To work effectively and positively with the client, customers and stakeholders on a daily basis
- To effectively and proactively assist in supporting the team to achieve KPIs
- Work with all teams and departments within the Company to ensure the delivery of excellent services
- Any other reasonable manager request

Who are we looking for?
- City and Guilds (Plastering) or equivalent experience
- Current valid driving license
- Appropriate level of experience within building construction and repairs and maintenance
- Demonstrate experience in diagnosis of Plastering and general building issues
- Ability to utilise Information Technology and Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs)
