Equans is looking for a PFI Support Services Manager to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

General Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PFI Support Services Manager to lead our grounds maintenance and cleaning subcontractors, alongside our in‑house cleaning and caretaking teams, within a PFI environment. You will have overall responsibility for ensuring that all KPIs and output specifications are met in accordance with our contractual obligations. You will be required to provide and report monthly performance figures, ensuring standards are met without compromise while working closely with a strategic and meticulous client/customer.
