Equans is recruiting for a part‑time weekend cleaner to join the team at Newcastle Community Fire Station, Knutton Ln, ST5 2SL.
Salary: £3,809.52 per annum (permanent role, 6 hours per week).
Shift Times: Saturday – Sunday 10:00 am – 13:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety.
- Maintain a professional manner with all members of staff and the general public.
- Carry out duties reliably and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience within the cleaning/hospitality industry with proven knowledge of housekeeping best practices.
- Good timekeeping and attendance record.
- Outgoing personality with strong customer service focus.
- Proven experience of delivering a high‑quality service with an eye for detail and ability to communicate expectations to the rest of the team.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (essential).
