On offer is a Hourly salary of £13.40 and benefits package.Shift Pattern:Monday - Friday 16.00 - 18.00pmWhat will you deliver?As Cleaning Supervisor for Equans at the HMCTS Midlands site, you will lead the cleaning team to keep the site clean and meet contract standards. You will manage daily tasks, support stock ordering, provide team talks, and arrange cover for absences. You will guide and motivate the team, lead by example, and ensure a positive work environment.For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.BPSS Quick GuideIn order to meet our customers requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
