Equans is looking for a Part-time Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team at the Metropolitan Police Specialist Training Centre (MPSTC) DAHN on a permanent basis, working 25 hours per week. The salary offered is £16,04 per annum along with a benefits package.
Working hours: Mon-Fri: 09:00 - 14:00
What will you deliver?
Contribute to the site-based team by performing cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring all tasks comply with health and safety standards.
Main tasks and responsibilities include:
- Cleaning designated areas as assigned by the Cleaning Supervisor or Facilities Manager.
- Using cleaning materials as instructed.
- Spot cleaning and vacuuming carpets.
- Damp mopping hard floors and dusting furniture and fixtures.
- Emptying waste bins and managing waste disposal and recycling.
- Using warning signs during spill cleaning.
- Cleaning accommodation rooms, changing linens and towels as needed.
- Cleaning internal glass surfaces.
- General cleaning of offices, classrooms, kitchens, TV rooms, and common areas.
- Deep cleaning carpets and upholstered furniture.
