Equans currently has an exciting opportunity for a part‑time Helpdesk Administrator to join our estates team based at the John Radcliffe hospital in Oxford. This is a permanent position working 25 hours per week, from 17:00 to 22:00, Monday to Friday.
What will you deliver
- Provide a customer focused Helpdesk service, supporting the needs of the Hospital, dealing accurately with all client/customer requests and managing all complaints in a sensitive and efficient manner.
- Receive calls in and out of hours with a professional manner.
- Support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete.
- Provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs.
- Provide administration support to the department.
Who are we looking for
- Must have experience of providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems).
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Ability to multi‑task in a busy work environment.
- Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role is desirable.
- Previous experience of using a CAFM system (Maximo or similar) is desirable.
