EQUANS are recruiting for a Roofer to be based in Oldham. This is a permanent full‑time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £34,893 plus van & fuel card and benefits package.
General Overview
To carry out the duties as a Roofer in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures. To assist the Team in producing a quality product meeting the requirements of the contract and in a safe manner. Adhere to all requirements set by SHEQ team, policy, and strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Carry out various roofing tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including:
- Tiled Roofs
- Slated Roofs
- Flat Roofs
- Leadwork – flashings etc
- Pointing
- Valleys and verges
- Brickwork repairs
- Chimneys and pots
- Compliance with specification
- Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
- High quality Customer Care must always act in a polite and professional manner.
