- Demonstrable experience in systems integration and integration best practices.
- Methodology: desirable to have exposure to agile ways of working (SAFE, SCRUM) and tools (Kanban).

- Ideally 3+ years’ experience in Solution Architecture.
- Good knowledge of Source to Procure, Record to Report, and Order to Cash processes.
- Expertise in architecture and integration design across the application ecosystem surrounding S/4HANA.
- Expertise in API design and development using middleware products such as MuleSoft and IBM ACE.

- Experience designing solution with robust security controls, encryption, API security standards such as OAuth and SSL/TLS.
- Ability to understand and manage business stakeholder relationships, their needs, their priorities, and their drivers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to break down a problem to identify constituent parts and develop an approach.
- Competent at clearly articulating technical and non-technical solutions and designs to a variety of audiences.
- The ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into straightforward and simple to understand outputs.
