This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package. Please note some weekend work may be required on an ad-hoc basis with days off during the week; 5 days from 7 therefore flexibility is essential. There may be a need to work back shifts and early shifts depending on access to sites. Typical week would be 8.00 to 16.30, Monday to Friday with a 30-minute unpaid break but this is business dependent. Occasional overtime hours will also be required.

You will be responsible for the collection, verification, and validation of mechanical and electrical asset data across the HMCTS estate reporting to the CAFM & Asset Manager. The role supports the delivery of a robust, accurate asset register and lifecycle strategy, enabling effective planned maintenance, statutory compliance, and long-term investment planning. You will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s transition to a data-driven asset management approach, ensuring all assets are captured, structured, and maintained in accordance with company and client requirements.

What will you deliver?

  • Undertake on-site M&E asset surveys across client properties (e.g. HVAC, electrical distribution, plant, life safety systems)
  • Capture asset data in line with agreed standards (e.g. NRM 3, HMCTS specifications)
  • Record technical attributes including asset type, condition, manufacturer, model, capacity, and location
  • Validate and reconcile survey data against existing asset registers
  • Identify gaps, discrepancies, and duplicated records and produce gap analysis reports
  • Ensure timely updates of CAFM systems to maintain accurate and live asset datasets
  • Assist in the development of lifecycle replacement plans and forward maintenance strategies
  • Produce survey reports, data validation reports, and asset verification summaries
  • Ensure quality assurance of collected data before submission
  • Provide technical input and clarity on asset information requirements

What can we offer you?

  • 24 days annual leave (+ public holidays)
  • Life Cover equivalent to 1.5 times annual salary
  • Employee discount shopping schemes on major brands and retailers
  • Gym membership discounts
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Holiday purchase scheme
  • 2 corporate social responsibility days per year
  • Broad range of learning opportunities, such as professional qualifications, collective/individual training, and personalised support programmes
  • Attractive Employee Referral Rewards Scheme
  • Access to our growing employee networks including WiE (Women in EQUANS), RISE (BAME), LGBTQI+, Working Parents, YPN (Young Persons Network) and our Disability Network
