• What you will deliver
• Support the Procurement process for allocated Engineering Construction Projects in line with agreed strategies, ensuring best value solutions and stakeholder service level.
• Provide an effective professional service in the procurement of materials, equipment, services and competitive solutions balancing cost, quality and sustainability.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage supply chains, including sourcing, structuring, and vendor performance management.
• Manage specific M&E categories.
• Support Carbon Reduction initiatives with the supply chain.
• Work with digital tools to improve our Supply Chain Relationship Management.
• Align with and support group procurement goals.

• Who are we looking for
• A good experience of Operational/Tactical procurement/buying practices.
• Understanding of Strategic procurement approach.
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Be a strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective problem‑solving and strong analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Highly methodical with a systematic approach to tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong time management.
• A desire to work within M&E building services environment.
• Accredited degree or equivalent is desirable (e. g. CIPS or RICS).
• Experience in procurement or quantity surveyor role is desired.
