- What you will deliver
- Support the Procurement process for allocated Engineering Construction Projects in line with agreed strategies, ensuring best value solutions and stakeholder service level.
- Provide an effective professional service in the procurement of materials, equipment, services and competitive solutions balancing cost, quality and sustainability.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and manage supply chains, including sourcing, structuring, and vendor performance management.
- Manage specific M&E categories.
- Support Carbon Reduction initiatives with the supply chain.
- Work with digital tools to improve our Supply Chain Relationship Management.
- Align with and support group procurement goals.

- Who are we looking for
- A good experience of Operational/Tactical procurement/buying practices.
- Understanding of Strategic procurement approach.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Be a strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective problem‑solving and strong analytical skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Highly methodical with a systematic approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong time management.
- A desire to work within M&E building services environment.
- Accredited degree or equivalent is desirable (e. g. CIPS or RICS).
- Experience in procurement or quantity surveyor role is desired.
