Equans is recruiting for a Part Time Premises Assistant to join the team in Lillian Bayliss Technology School, 323 Kennington Lane, London SE11 5QY. This is a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week with a salary of £14,258.40 per annum and benefits package.
Shift Times: Monday - Friday 18:00 – 22:00
What will you deliver?
- Manage site access and security
- Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks
- Keep accurate records
- Coordinate with contractors and hirers
- Support customer service
- Cover for the Premises Manager when needed, ensuring the facility remains safe, clean, and well-organized

Who we are looking for?
- Experience in a customer facing role is desirable
- Good reading and writing skills
- Basic computer literacy desirable or willingness to train as required
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred
