What We’re Looking For:
- Time‑served electrical tradesman with relevant certifications (C&G BS 7671, HVAP desirable).
- Experience with mechanical systems, water treatment, and L8 ACOP.
- Strong health & safety knowledge (IOSH Managing Safely preferred).
- Proficient in CAFM and mobile tools.
- Reliable, confident, with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
