Equans is looking for a versatile Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at Canary Wharf, London. This full-time role offers a complex shift pattern including days and nights, within one of the city's key business hubs.

What will you deliver?

  • Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and water treatment systems
  • Ensure all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks meet contract service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage risk assessments, permits to work, and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate closely with customers and subcontractors to ensure service excellence
  • Use CAFM systems (knowledge of Planon advantageous) for task management
  • Provide technical support and prepare quotations for chargeable works
  • Embrace a flexible, can-do attitude, willing to undertake duties beyond core disciplines

Who are you?

  • Time-served electrical tradesman with relevant certifications such as C&G BS 7671; HVAP qualification desirable
  • Experience working with mechanical systems, water treatment, and L8 ACOP (Legionella Awareness)
  • Strong health & safety knowledge, preferably IOSH Managing Safely certified
  • Proficient with CAFM systems and mobile working tools
  • Reliable, confident, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
