Equans is looking for a Building Services Apprentice to join our team on the HMCTS Contract based at Newgate, London (EC1A). This is a Fixed Term Contract for 48 months on a full-time basis, working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

As an Apprentice, you will actively learn and develop your knowledge and practical skills under the guidance of experienced Technical Operatives and Leads. You will assist with maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across a range of properties, gaining valuable on-site experience while working towards your formal qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in apprenticeship training and personal development
  • Assist with maintenance, repairs and installations across building services on HMCTS properties
  • Learn to interpret design drawings, diagrams, manufacturers’ specifications and instructions
  • Maintain and care for company tools and equipment
  • Deliver work to the highest standards, meeting client requirements and quality expectations

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs at Grade A-C including Maths and English
  • Previous work experience

Requirements & Conditions

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Security Vetting due to the nature of the contract
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK
