Equans is looking for an Apprentice Project Manager to join our team on the HMCTS Contract based at Bevis Marks, London.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 48 months on a full time basis working 40 hours per week.

What will you deliver?

  • Gain thorough knowledge of SHEQ processes supporting project delivery and ensure consistent implementation.
  • Build collaborative partnerships within FM services and client teams, focusing strongly on customer engagement.
  • Support continuous improvements in project delivery processes and assist with smooth operational handovers.
  • Develop and maintain effective communications with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
  • Oversee contractor works as directed and proactively manage potential issues to keep projects on track.
  • Utilize technology efficiently, including learning CAFM systems and project integration with Maximo.
  • Demonstrate resilience and professionalism in a variety of challenging customer and staff interactions.
  • Take increasing responsibility for planning and managing your own work tasks.
  • Support company‑wide Responsible Business objectives and Net Carbon Zero initiatives.
  • Participate in safety and compliance activities such as Manager Safety Visits (MSVs).

Who are you?

  • BTEC Business Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across UK sites as required.
  • Due to the nature of the contract, successful postholder must be able to obtain and maintain Security Vetting.
