Summary
Equans is looking for a Senior Premises Officer to join our team in Forest Hill Boys School, Dacres Road, SE23 2XN on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £37,167.00 per annum and benefits package. Shift Pattern Monday to Friday 8 Hour Shift between 0500 and 1900, Please note an enhanced DBS is required for this position.
What will you deliver as a Premises officer
- To supervise and coordinate the Premises Officers and Cleaning Supervisor on a day-to-day basis at the school.
- To support the Management team in the delivery of Both of Services to Lewisham schools.

Who are we looking for?
- Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
- Experience in Managing a Team
- Good reading and writing skills
- Basic numeracy skills
- Basic computer literacy would be desirable or willingness to train as required
- Basic Plumbing & Maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
