This is a full time role.The successful candidate will hold a base trade qualification to minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent - all base trades will be considered, such as Plumbing / HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical, etc), and have experience in a comparable role. The Maintenance & Service technician will be required to carry out a range of both Reactive Works and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with the PPM schedule, including but not limited to:Deliver a wide range of planned & reactive maintenance works at the Freemens Common student accommodation siteProvide initial response to all Reactive Maintenance requests during normal working hours and Out of Hours as part of the On-call Out of Hours Rota.
