Overview
In this Site Manager role, you will lead the delivery and coordination of repairs and maintenance on Warm Homes decarbonisation and refurbishment projects. You’ll manage the site team alongside the Delivery Manager, ensuring KPIs, quality, and safety standards are met. You will supervise daily repairs, procure materials, and maintain clear client communication to keep works on track. This is a hands-on, problem-solving position that drives multi-site efficiency within a large energy services organisation.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver repairs and maintenance on site
- Oversee the site team with the Delivery Manager
- Monitor daily repairs, progress, and KPI performance
- Order materials and manage procurement for repairs
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure specifications and standards
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships with clear communication
- Address concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving across multiple repairs and site operations
- Apply knowledge of repairs contracts, methods, and installation measurements (windows/doors/kitchens/bathrooms)
Key requirements
- NVQ4 or equivalent qualification in maintenance
- Professional certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS)
- First Aid certification and health and safety qualifications
- Proven experience as a site supervisor or manager in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Leadership experience with subcontractors and site operatives
