Equans is looking for a Joiner to join our team in Leeds working on their repairs and maintenance contract on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.
Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm with 30mins for lunch.
WHAT WILL YOU DELIVER?
- Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company.
- Compliance with specification.
- Provide a multi-skilled trade service, working on the allocated site.
- Assist the Site team with day to day running of the project.
- Assist in the delivery of a high performing, effective and efficient Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment Service including the monitoring of a team of Trade Operatives.
- Responsible for delivering a wide range of Repairs, Maintenance and Refurbishment works.
- Escalate any issue of concern/potential concern to the Supervisor/Manager as required to ensure a pro-active approach is maintained and service delivery is not impacted.
- Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules.
- Use appropriate safety equipment.
- Ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day.
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation.

- Previous Joinery experience and qualifications.
- Up to date relevant industry related knowledge.
- Understanding of local government.
- Experience of Partnership arrangements.
- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence.
