Equans is looking for a Project Change Manager to join the UK Transformation and Change team. This is a permanent, full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Support the implementation of change using established change management methodologies and techniques (change impact assessments, user journeys etc) and stakeholder mapping.
- Develop and deliver training solutions to support change programmes, working with third parties as required.
- Lead on the creation and implementation of accessible internal communications materials and campaigns to support the programme, such as business updates, email communications and briefing packs, making these relevant for a broad audience.
- Project manage business change activities to ensure programme/project success, providing accurate status reporting and managing updates against the plans which can be used in governance forums and with various stakeholder groups.
- Bridge the gap between the programme/project teams and the wider business to ensure stakeholders and end users engage with the purpose of the change and ultimately realise financial and non‑financial benefits.
- Establish effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels to facilitate and deliver transformational change.

What are we looking for?
- Some practical business change knowledge with some experience in applying change management methodologies, processes and tools (including communication strategy and planning).
- In‑depth knowledge of the key elements associated with effective internal communications.
- Excellent communicator and influencer with creative skills and the ability to develop and present impactful messages using a range of channels – a driver of change.
- Willingness to take ownership of issues through to resolution and able to work under own initiative.
- High energy, tenacious, pragmatic and can‑do approach.
- Self‑starter with the ability to work independently, remotely as required, and a strong team player.
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to support the wider team when required.
- Knowledge and experience of one or more of the Equans market sectors.
- Some knowledge and understanding of core business processes and systems.
- Experience in the delivery of change briefings and training sessions.
- Experience in project change management and adherence to project governance.
- A high‑level of IT knowledge with experience in management of communications tools, including digital tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft 365 functionality and video animation software.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Change Management accreditation would be desirable.
