This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Flexible working hours required, and ability to work under pressure, take ownership of problems and deal with them to their conclusion.Based at Equans Speke Office the TSM will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards within the contracts for both Rochdale and Oldham PFI Schools. They will provide guidance to others on site, showing technical expertise in mechanical, electrical and fabric systems, to ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery.
