Equans is looking for a Janitor to join our team at London School of Economics, Glengall Road, Southwark, SE15 6NF. This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, with a salary of £28,022 per annum and benefits.
Shift Pattern:
Saturday/Sunday 12-8pm
What will you deliver?
Main Purpose of Job: To undertake housekeeping/janitorial duties, ensuring all contracted areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Responsibilities include:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, polishing, scrubbing, and mopping floors
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets, including mirrors
- Dusting and cleaning equipment and flat surfaces
- Cleaning interior windows as directed
- High-level cleaning
- Ensuring all rooms are odour free
Note: You must undergo DBS clearance; the ability to pass is essential.
