Equans is looking for a HR Administration Manager to join our team in on a 24 month FTC basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The HR Administration Manager is accountable for the delivery of effective administration of the following processes (Hire to retire, employee vetting, employee data management and occupational health) by driving continuous improvement initiatives, through innovation and best practice to deliver quality, compliant procedures. The role is responsible for leading a team of 21, supporting the EQUANS UK Business Unit key stakeholders to deliver strategic and operational people initiatives that maximise the performance of the Business. The role reports into the Head of Employee Services, and is one of the three key leaders in Employee Services. This role will deputise for the Head of Employee Services where applicable due to availability or business demand. What will you deliver? Support the delivery of the UK Business Unit strategy and vision and related payroll projects. Understanding of employment legislation relating to HR Admin procedures. Process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma The ability to influence and build effective relationships at all levels. Advanced knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint Knowledge of SAP / SuccessFactors Accountable for the delivery of HR Administration Services to approx. 11, employees across the Equans UK ~ leavers and ~ contract amendments with 30 different T
