Equans Data Centers is seeking a Site Supervisor – Electrical to support our growing Data Centre business on a project based in High Wycombe. We are committed to providing cutting-edge solutions for our clients' Data Centre facilities.

The Site Supervisor – Electrical will manage and oversee electrical works on the project site. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines while leading a team of installation engineers and subcontractors.

What you will deliver:

  • Supervise electrical and commissioning activities on site.
  • Coordinate and lead electrical teams and subcontractors to meet project goals.
  • Monitor quality and progress of works against project plans and drawings.
  • Manage resources, materials, and site logistics to maximise efficiency.
  • Manage labour and resources on site.
  • Liaise with project managers and engineers to communicate status and issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation including reports, permits, and inspections.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities on site and ensure the programme of works is defined between all contractors for upcoming activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement in site execution, labour utilisation, and resource management.

  • Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor.
  • Experience from an electrical engineering background.
  • Site supervisor experience.
  • A keen desire to continually develop knowledge further.
  • Be self-motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines.
  • Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with contractors and clients.
  • Be able to work and support a busy construction team.
  • Attention to Health and Safety matters.
  • Commercially astute.
