We are seeking a full-time Helpdesk Operator (Nights) to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a permanent night position working 40 hours per week from 21:00 to 05:00, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional helpdesk service to the Hospital and Equans E&S contracts.
- Receive calls in hours and out of hours in a professional manner.
- Support the planned maintenance programme by printing off job dockets and returning to the system when complete.
- Provide a professional approach towards customers and their needs.
- Provide administration support to the department.
- Work nights 21:00 to 05:00, with a one-hour paid break.
The person
- Experience of providing excellent customer service, ideally on a helpdesk.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office and management systems).
- Well organised and able to prioritise workload.
- Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment.
- Knowledge of a CAFM system (Maximo) desirable.
