About The Role
Equans is recruiting a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites in Hampshire. You will support mechanical and electrical building services, complete Legionella and fire alarm checks, and ensure all tasks are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance on M and E plant
- Diagnose and resolve faults quickly to minimise downtime
- Conduct Legionella and fire alarm testing
- Keep CAFM systems and site documentation up to date
- Oversee subcontractors when required
- Support emergency engineering issues and participate in the call out rota
- Operate Permit to Work systems safely
Required Experience And Skills
- Strong background in M and E building services
- Effective fault diagnosis and problem solving abilities
- Confident working independently and engaging with clients
- Good communication and professional presentation
- Strong understanding of safe working practices
- Full driving licence
