Grounds Assistant

Equans is looking for a Grounds Assistant to join our team at the University of Brighton Mithras House, BN2 4QX, on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers a salary of £26,000 per annum and a benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00.

Applicants must undergo BPSS level vetting, including DBS clearance, so the ability to pass this is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining sites and grounds to a professional standard, including litter and weed control, graffiti removal, and snow and ice clearance.
• Weed control in planters, raised beds, and turfed areas as required.
