Equans is seeking a Retrofit Assessor for a 12 Month FTC based in Coleshill/Birmingham area. You will perform retrofit assessments and EPCs, engage with residents to arrange visits, and ensure accurate data is captured for PAS 2030/2035 schemes with social housing clients. Travel across the West Midlands is expected.
The role requires Level 3 Retrofit Assessment, a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification, and a full UK driving licence, plus strong MS Office skills and attention to detail.
