Equans is looking for a Compliance and Performance Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £40,000+, bonus and benefits package.
You will be an integral member of the site team.

Who are you?
- Experience within a Healthcare environment is advantageous
- Experience in Facilities work force planning, compliance, auditing and facilities operations
- Good knowledge of SHTM's
- Good understanding of legislative compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of CAFM systems (Maximo); Understanding of asset data standards is desirable
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory; Power BI and/or other data visualization tools is a plus
- Lead Auditor Qualification desirable but not essential
- This role includes a DS PVG check therefore ability to pass is essential
