Equans is seeking a Security Officer for our site in Colchester (The Pastures, Capon Road, CO4 3ZU) on a permanent basis. This full-time role is 42 hours per week with a 12-hour shift pattern 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00.
You will monitor access, patrol, respond to incidents, operate surveillance and ensure safety compliance. An SIA license and First Aid certification are required, along with a willingness to work rotating shifts.
