Equans is looking for a Shift Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Westminster, London. This is a full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Supervise and manage a team of skilled engineers delivering planned preventative maintenance and reactive works
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and within agreed service level agreements
  • Maintain high standards of safe working practices and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop effective working relationships and demonstrate strong commercial awareness in line with contract KPIs

Who are you?

  • Experienced in building services with strong knowledge across electrical infrastructure, HVAC and general maintenance
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise engineering teams effectively
  • Practical, flexible and able to manage own workload using initiative
  • Full clean driving licence plus current or ability to gain CTC clearance
  • Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations and competent in commercial and contract management considerations
  • Background checks

The successful candidate will be required to have or be able to obtain CTC security clearance.
