Overview: The Facilities Supervisor will oversee cleaning operations at the Royal Courts of Justice. The role leads onsite teams to deliver high standards, meet KPIs, and act as the first point of contact for waste, pest control and landscaping services. Flexibility is required, including occasional early starts, evenings, weekends and regional travel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Ensure service delivery meets KPIs and SHEQ standards
- Manage staffing, absences, recruitment and performance
- Maintain equipment, stock and safe working environments
- Train teams to BICS and Equans standards
- Resolve client issues and conduct site audits
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Facilities Supervisor or within the cleaning industry (essential)
- Supervisory experience across multiple sites (essential)
- Full, clean driving licence (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of health & safety (COSHH desirable)
- Organised, proactive and able to manage remote teams
- Basic IT skills (MS Office)
