Equans is looking for an AI & Automation Apprentice to join our team on the HMCTS, based out of our Head Office in Bevis Marks, EC3A 7BA. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 24 months on a full time basis working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

You will support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-driven and automated solutions across our National Contracts portfolio, helping to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills working within EQUANS’ approved AI ecosystem including OneAI and Microsoft Copilot, contributing to digital transformation initiatives that improve SLA performance, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility while reducing manual work.

What will you deliver?

  • Support design and implementation of automation workflows to boost efficiency
  • Assist in developing AI solutions that transform operational data into actionable insights
  • Contribute to scaling and standardising automation across multiple contracts
  • Help automate SLA monitoring and escalation processes
  • Assist in identifying at-risk tasks for proactive intervention
  • Reduce manual administrative workload related to tracking and follow-up
  • Support creation of automated notifications, reminders, and escalation workflows
  • Assist in improving communication quality and coordination among teams and stakeholders
  • Help develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports
  • Support enhancement of data quality and reporting accuracy
  • Contribute to automating data refresh, validation, and exception reporting
  • Utilise approved AI tools to analyse data and support operations
  • Assist in developing and refining AI prompts and templates for recurring tasks
  • Support creation of structured AI workspaces aligned with operational needs
  • Ensure compliance with EQUANS AI governance, data protection, and security policies
  • Use only approved AI tools and adhere to responsible AI practices
